We just brought in this line of cute comfortable shift dresses. Each one is made locally by hand and is entirely unique. As a die-hard vintage supporter this is a quality that appeals to me immensely.

They have arrived. The May28th wrist watch is for sale at the shop as of today. We cary a selection of the plastic clear ones and the plastic solid black ones. Each watch has a different face and oh my gosh I want them all. I bought mine about a month ago (I chose the black with the buck's head face) and I have worn it everyday. It's water resistant and goes with EVERYTHING! The watches are produced here in Toronto and are sold all over the world.
The May28th watches have been featured and extolled in Elle and Flare magazine among many other publications, and this week they were included in BlogTO's Toronto Gift guide.

Wow. Makes me think of required reading lists, libraries, and stuff made of wool. Like sweaters and tights. Weird.

This might be a little premature but here is some unsolicited back-to-school fashion advice: Avoid wearing your PJs to class. You will regret it one day believe me. Maybe not today and maybe not tomorrow, but someday. You have been warned. Contrary to popular belief students have time for personal hygiene and style too. I recommend that all of you boys and girls who are heading back to school this fall (literally or figuratively) pick-up the following classic functional and comfortable items listed below:

The S.R.V.* Fall Gear List a.k.a. Hangover Clothes

1. Slouchy Cardigan or Pullover Sweater/Sweat-shirt

2. Blazer – acceptable in tweed, black, cream, tartan, corduroy or a crazy print

3. Denim Jacket or Leather Jacket – one you can fit either the sweater or blazer under

4. Jeans – ideally well fitting and worn in

5. Poncho – pulls over the head, sometimes doubles as a massive scarf

6. Boots – desert, granny, or ridding. S. Perry’s and oxfords will also do

7. Attaché Case – briefcases are cumbersome so add a strap

You should be able to sit cross legged comfortably in all of the above whether in a lecture hall chair, library couch, outdoor bench or grassy knoll somewhere near a bunch of picturesque trees.
